Shingle Colonial

Mamaroneck, NY

The builder on this project suddenly closed his business and abandoned his projects including this 12,000 SF seaside home in Mamaroneck, NY. Faced with a stalled project, the owners were referred to us by their structural engineer. In less than one week we were on site assessing the building to move forward.
We met with all of the subcontractors and suppliers, preventing disputes and enabling the project to move ahead promptly. While one lien was filed, it was later released without payment as our accounting of the project clearly proved that the previous general contractor was, in fact, paid by the owners. Our review and analysis of the project highlighted many areas of substandard work, in some cases done by major subcontractors, that had to be replaced.
